Anything else this week?

This week I do not have anything in particular that I’d like to blog about, but rather a general question to all “how the heck do you time manage?” I think it is one of my absolutely downfalls. I can’t seem to get enough things done when I need to get them done….laundry is never-ending, dishes are never-ending. Don’t even get me started on the house, it’s never clean. And even when we take a day or so to “power clean” it is messed up and dirty the next day. Granted, some of that may come from staying at home with a toddler…Lord knows three year olds are messy. But is it just me? Am I a slob?

I have pretty major OCD, or at least I consider it fairly major. But I live in what I like to call “organized chaos.” I can tell you pretty much where something is, even if it looks like a tornado hit our place. I would really like it to be neater around here, but with being so busy I’m not sure how I am going to accomplish that goal. Right now, it seems unattainable.

How do you manage your time? Do you have a scheduled? Is it posted? For me, I get up whenever my daughter gets up. I go to bed whenever I can, meaning either whenever I manage to fall asleep (if I’m tired) or whenever I am done scrambling to finish what needs to be finished before midnight (i.e. homework)

I “know” I probably “should” plan out my day, post a schedule, and try to get my toddler to stick to it (yah right, you say….I know) but to me that seems like something I might not ever be able to do. I would LOVE to be able to get everything done in the day that it needs to get done, but I just don’t ever see that happening.

Maybe having a “sister wife” wouldn’t be so bad.
